Mobicom Corporation has shared a good experience

 

Mobicom Corp., the Mongolian’s first mobile operator, has successfully introduced and certified international standards such as the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Occupational Safety and Security Management System BS OHSAS: 18001, Information Security ISO: 27001. To share this good experience, staff members of the Association have been welcomed by the Chief Executive Officer of Mobicom Corporation, Tatsuya Hamada and other relevant directors and employees on October 25, 2019.

 Mr Tatsuya Hamada, "You are happy to have come to our office. Of course, we are not talking about rivals, today's strategy or marketing incentives, but we are meeting today to share good knowledge and good international experience with international standards. It is a unique and unique event for us. Information and communication technology brings tremendous opportunities and social and political development. Sometimes we even train our users. Global standards, which are our subjects today, have the advantage of improving our internal business processes, thereby creating a quality, safety and security service. You are probably planning to implement these standards, and the sector becomes more robust as we all implement it. "

Head of Quality management department of “Mobicom” Corporation B.Tenuun introduced how introduced the above mentioned international standards.                                                

ISO 9001 confirms that as for standard system to manage and control work quality to manifacture product of an organization and render service meets with the international standard and 1,064,000 organizations of 178 countries in the world have been implementing it. It is possible to introduce ISO 9001 standard with ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 standards simultaneously and Mobicom Corporation has provided preparatory work to transit to 45001 standard.

  • Activity to implement the international standard actually in practice is an operation, which requires time and continues without interruption and its nature is to determine and engrain policy, rules and regulations directed to ensure service quality, safety at each stage and level of operation of a company and give understanding on it to each employee and to be followed. Type of ISO 9001 standard based on risk management has been implemented, it manages risks systematically, estimates top risks of the year, evaluates the risk probability in its consequence and importance, determines factors and methods to decrease risks and implements definite projects on top risks. The International Organization conducts audit control and puts regular control on fulfillment of the standard and thus in case, there are mistakes and shortages, it attempts to correct it immediately and improve much more.
  • To implement BS OHSAS 18001 standard the main objectives were to create healthy and safe environment, engram safety knowledge and capacity, participation of employees and correct behavior, reveal danger, determine risks in advance, take measures to eliminate them immediately, create control and responsibility system at the all levels, prevent from accidents and injuries and to be ready for emergency case. The standard has been started to implement since 2005 and the international certificate was taken in 2017 and through implementing it successfully in this way it has created safe and reliable environment for employees, has increased their satisfaction much more, has motivated employees and has created opportunity to show provision of standard requirements to consumers and suppliers. Engineers and technical staff highlighted through working to follow labour safety regulation strictly to work at place with electric supply and at higher place, in the dangerous zone and near the road, accidents have decreased.
  • Introduced information safety system or ISO 27001:2005 international standard in its operation, confirmed in 2012 and took its certificate. In order to implement this standard determined risks, created control system and developed necessary policy, rule and regulation. To follow and engrain instruction to keep and protect information secrecy at the all levels of the company is expression of loyalty of employees and in other side to be open becomes information clear and definite. Through implementing this standard Mobicom Corporation emphasized that the condition of information to be safe and risks has become greater advantage inside the company and for customers.

To implement the above standards the success factors are leadership of management and regular training for staff, Mobicom Corporation highlighted that the most important step is their desire from top management, leading and implementing it.

Through implementing the international standard it creates service quality, continuous improvement, increases business efficiency, increases reputation of brand of the organization, brings good results and it is measured in satisfaction of service for customers.

In the meeting totally 31 people including related staff of members of the Association participated and the event was completed through expressing gratitude to management of Mobicom Corporation for sharing good knowledge and experience and taking photo of respect. Also expressed their desire to visit “Unitel”, “Skytel” companies, introduce with good practice and exchange information next time.
