Board consists of CEOs and executive directors of members.

The Board is entitled to determine policy and strategy of the association, make a decision on issues in a meeting, make amendments into the rule, adopt related regulations, determine the membership tax rate, discuss and adopt a new member, appoint Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, adopt structure and organization of the secretariat, approve the annual budget of the association, financial and action plan, discuss the report and make a conclusion.

Chairman of the Board is elected among the Board members in rotation principle annually and he will be a president of the Association. Ch. Enkhmend (Director of Skynetworks LLC) worked as the first President of the Association and Chairman of the Board.
